There is no charge for your Initial Phone Consultation

Initial Office Visit - Assessment/consultation. Examine current factors (medication, environment, current behavioral strategies, etc) to determine possible causes and solutions.	$135.00hr
Individual Therapy / Social Training  - 45 Minute session. May vary 15 minutes (+/-) based upon client needs.	$85.00/hr
School/ARD Meetings - Provide overview of clients’ status and offer behavioral/intervention suggestions.	$125.00hr
Family Therapy - 45 Minute session. May vary 15 minutes (+/-) based upon family needs.	$115.00/hr
On Site Assessment and Behavioral Plan - Package includes assessment/consultation time, observation at up to two locations, follow up phone calls and written copy of behavior plan. Sibling group plans also available.	$450.00 Additional consultation /observation time $100/hr
Placement Assistance - Designed for parents who are considering placing their child in a school, hospital or residential program. Provide insight on appropriateness of placement, may include a pre placement visit.	Individually Based (This service is typically provided at no charge for therapy clients who have placement questions).
General On Site Behavioral Services / In Home Training	$50.00/hr Plus Related Expenses
Cooperative Play Groups - Cost is per 30-minute group.	$35.00/Per Child
Intensive Therapeutic Intervention (I.T.I.) - Option for individuals with attachment or severe behavioral issues.	Individually Based
Court Related Matters - (Testimony, trial prep, etc)	$150.00 Per Hour - Two Hour Minimum. $1,500 per 8 hour day. Mileage and related expenses not included in hourly rate. Cost of copying any required documentation is at an additional charge.
Therapeutic Companion (TC) - Home, community and activity based intervention for children and adolescents who are having difficulty with interpersonal and social interactions and are in need of support and appropriate role modeling.	Individually Based. Mileage and cost of activity(s) are in addition to the hourly rate.
Rent A Therapist™ - Contract services for schools and organizations who may need the services of a Licensed Mental Health Professional for specific situations or short periods of time.	$750 per contract day (6-8 hours). Hourly rates available for short term needs.
Insurance Information All payments are due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. All payments are due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Monthly receipts are provided for your insurance reimbursement purposes. Please check with your insurance carrier regarding mental health coverage and out of network provider benefits.
